What you will own
- Rebuild core operations at tier-1 European law firms
- Own the pipeline from intake to production in six-week cycles
- Train the in-house team on the rails you deploy
What we look for
- Five+ years shipping production software
- Comfortable in and around legal practice
- Reads code, walks the floor, does the work
Interview process
Four stages. Four weeks. No surprises.
- Stage 1Application read
Every application is read by an operator, not a filter. Response within 5 working days.
- Stage 2First conversation
Sixty minutes with a partner in the relevant practice. Real work, not behavioural theatre.
- Stage 3Work session
Half a day with the team you would join. Real problem, real code review or real diagnosis.
- Stage 4Offer
Terms sent inside a week of the work session. If you accept, you start within a month.
