What you will own
- Lead the Insurance vertical across Europe
- Own P&L and portfolio of transformations
- Recruit and lead a team of operators
What we look for
- Fifteen+ years across P&C, life or reinsurance
- Comfortable inside board rooms and inside code
- Willing to relocate or split time with Lisbon

Sixty minutes with a partner in the relevant practice. Real work, not behavioural theatre.
- Stage 3Work session
Half a day with the team you would join. Real problem, real code review or real diagnosis.
- Stage 4Offer
Terms sent inside a week of the work session. If you accept, you start within a month.
