What you will own
- Diagnose the compliance operation from inside
- Rebuild supervisory workflow and reporting
- Own the outcome with the client's officer
What we look for
- Ten+ years in regulated finance or insurance
- Operator posture — not a slide-deck consultant
- European jurisdictions: PT, ES, FR, DE preferred
Interview process

- Stage 2First conversation
Sixty minutes with a partner in the relevant practice. Real work, not behavioural theatre.
- Stage 3Work session
Half a day with the team you would join. Real problem, real code review or real diagnosis.
- Stage 4Offer
Terms sent inside a week of the work session. If you accept, you start within a month.
